The City Tower Hotel ( 4 Star Hotel) was a good hotel ; however some remarks are there:No Hot water in the Room The Health Club opens late after 8 am The Buffet Breakfast timing was inappropriate but the foods are tastey Booking.com proofed me of an upgrade room ; however the denied this My regards,Abdullah H. Doha

Everything was great! The hotel met our expectations. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The central location is perfect for visiting Souq Mubarakiya and Kuwait Towers. The breakfast buffet is good and there are many options available. Overall, good value for money!The only thing that bothered me were the Elevators. The room key cards often didn't work in the elevator so it wouldn't stop on the intended floor. A couple of times I went up and down for 5 minutes until the elevator finally stopped on our floor. I had reception reset the key cards once, but it didn't completely fix the problem.

Santarcangelo di Romagna

Very good location, 20 min far from the Towers and 10 from Cornice. We stay there 5 days. Breakfast was very good and the staff helpful and kindly with a special mention for Mr Santosh, Mr Rafat and the Manager. Wifi very strong as well as the cleaness of our room n° 1405. Bus stop is 50 meters far and the bus 51 will bring you to city center. Kuwait City is not a touristic place, so you'll not find shops for tourist and no maps. Remember that Red Fort is closed on friday morning, it'll open in the afternoon at 4 p.m.

Dublin

I arrived really late in the night and luckily the receptionist was still awake and kindly guided me to my room. Unfortunately, I only had enough time to stay for one night, but I will be sure to return in the future

Riyadh

Excellent service and v clean rooms. Good location plus a reasonable price , the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous from the day we arrived until our departure , they even helped me with my car flat tire

This hotel looks beautiful at first glance. But the rooms lack certain fixtures that can accentuate things, for example, in my room, the plug box was falling out of the wall, and the awesome shower head was poorly fitted and just looked untidy. The wait staff in the breakfast buffet restaurant dont seem to have a care in the world. The plates and cups can pile up on your table, and they just turn a blind eye, unless you catch their attention to clear it. The thing that irritated me was the room cards that rarely work in the elevator. During my 4 day stay, my card were replaced 3 times. And only on the last day did a fellow guest tell me that the cards become demagnetised if stored near to a mobile phone. I don't know this. Reception didnt tell me this, even when I vented my frustration on occasions when my cards had to be replaced. Itll be a good idea to inform guest who are not familiar with this concept.Many things are good here though...the towels are thick and luxurious, housekeeping, room service and front office is very efficient, the food I had from room service was great and promptly delivered. A special thank you to Nishanka from room service!All in all I left a satisfied guest

Johannesburg

One of the cheaper options in an expensive city. City Tower Hotel provides a clean and simple room, comfortable bed and clean linens. Wifi was an issue when I was there. The gym needs attention. The indoor pool is clean but very small. The included breakfast was adequate. Nice view towards the famous water towers but otherwise not much to see in the area.

Porbandar

The place is basic with limited amineties. The place is clean and affordable. The staff is friendly. The pool is very small and the gym though reasonably sized has limited equipment. Overall a pleasant stay if on business and not holidaying.

Sydney

It is a very nice hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is excellent for the price. The Kuwait Towers are within walking distance.

shanghai

I picked it because it was one of the most affordable options around, but it wasn't really a great choice. The location is much uninteresting, you would be much better off staying in Salmiya. Breakfast is low quality. The staff were not able to help with maps or any information about places for tourists.

Singapore

(1) The room is clean and tidy.(2) Location, it takes a taxi from the airport to hotel around KWR 6.distance is 25 minutes.(3) staff is polite, helpful and pleasant.(4) The price is acceptable, I use around SGD100 to book this hotel.

Al Jubail

The City Tower Hotel is a very good hotel. Very fast and very fast. Only 3 minutes away. Great location. Great location. Nice room in the 20th floor. Breakfast is excellent. There is swimming pool, play area, sauna, jacuzzi and free parking.

Skanderborg

I stayed two nights here and enjoyed being in the middle of everything. Walking distance to Grand Mosque, souk, Kuwait Towers etc. Only Kuwait is not made for pedestrians. A lot of road construction is going on around the hotel and cars honk at you even if you try to cross the streets as fast as you can. However, room was nice, breakfast excellent, staff very helpful and serviceminded. I took the citybus to the hotel. It stops right outside the hotel for 3 USD. It stops outside the terminal when you walk to your right. Just follow the signs and ask someone because there are several busses. I had the hotel book a driver to the airport for me for 22 USD since I didn’t succeed in finding a time table for the bus.

The room is comfortable, the bed is OK though the pillows could be much more comfortable.The restaurant service is good, the staff are helpful. The food is excellent as well (although the items variety can be increased).The hotel also offers free wifi and access to heated swimming pool which is cool.

Sohar

The hotel location close to the towers and grand mosque as well as Sharq mall is an advantage. However, to travel to the marina, avenue mall or Salmiyah, you are always caught in traffic. Rooms are small. Extra bed is 10 dinars per night, but they offered it to me for 5 dinars which is a great gesture. The staff are outstanding as they offer to help anytime and are welcoming you whenever they meet you in the hotel. The lifts being close to the rooms tends to produce noise from other guests on the same floor as well as the next room noise is hearable. Breakfast is ok, but could be improved because if you arrive late, you might not find the variety they offer at the beginning of the breakfast time. Kids playground on second floor and outside hotel is ok for few minutes fun for my kids. Car park at the back is good. Regardless of you putting the chain down to get in or out. Bathroom is not as expected. Small and crowded. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. My sincere thanks to the outstanding staff. A maximum stay of 3-5 days is enough.

Vilnius

Restaurant on the top floor and breakfast served there was amazing. Value for money is better than in the most restaurants around and the food is delicious.Service, staff and general atmosphere is really worth its money.Pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym are very poor. Probably just wanted to tick that they have it but everything is veeery old and not usable at all.Area from outside looks bad, but dont underestimate the hotel itself, as it is really great inside.

Dublin

When my taxi pulled up to the hotel, I wondered how on earth I had booked such a place. The roads around it were like dirt tracks and there were stray cats rooting through rubbish at the main entrance. Alas, the hotel itself was a lot better. My room had a nice view of Kuwait Towers and an amazing shower. Breakfast was good, served on the 22nd floor, and internet worked well. The hotel lobby was comfy with plenty of seats and a small cafe.

London

The hotel is a little tricky to find, off the main road and surrounded by barren earth that is used as car parks during the day.The room was basic, it smelled of smoke even if it was a non-smoking room. Couldn't open the windows, but given there was a sandstorm one morning that's probably not a bad thing!Had room service on one evening and it did the job. Breakfast was plentiful but it was weird to see the chef station in the lift lobby of the restaurant area. The first thing that hit you when you walked out the lift was the smell of eggs and grease - not necessarily welcoming!Probably the best thing about this hotel was that the staff were willing to please and they all did a very good job. I had to get some addresses translated into Arabic and also speak with some local businesses which they did on my behalf. That in itself was quite valuable.
